hp scanner

I have a hp 6300c scanner and I cannot get it to work
correctly on XP I have the new drivers etc.. how do I
find the windows driver for this please

ALso, note the issue of XP powering down the USB hubs!!

Device Manager - USB Root Hub - Power tab (find the one with your
scanner on it) - Power Management Tab : uncheck "Allow computer to
turn off..."
