Does anybody know how to reset the printer cartridge
after you refill it or even remove it with the power on.

Mary there is nothing there.

What I need to know is how to reset the cartridge after
HP zaps it when removed with power on. Remanufacuted
cartridges proved that the pinter is allright and not
what HP tech support tried to do and sell me a new
printer.

to re-set your ink levels. I hope this is what you are asking...

hp does not make refill kits. once the cartridge has been
"zapped" it is done, no reset
