HP PSC 2400 Photosmart printer is flashing and reads "Remove & check
print cartridges" which I have done several times. I replaced #56
black cartridge today but not the #57 color. I do not have need for
color printing. Assuming #57 is empty, can I still operate my printer.
How can I stop the flashing "Remove & check print cartridges"

Some of these HP printers will work fine with only one cartridge installed. It
is worth trying.
Bob Headrick who posts here can probably advise whether this printer will work
with the colour cartridge removed.
