I currently am running a Home Network using a Linksys 8.11g router. All the
computers are running Windows XP. On this network are three printers:

HP PSC 2175 (January 2002)
HP DeskJet 5850 (May 2004)
HP LasetJet 1200 (August 2001)

I need to replace one of the computers and was wondering if I should stay
with Windows XP on the new computer or will Windows Vista?

I do not want to have to replace any of the printers or the router.

Thanks!

Mitch

MSL,

In addition, the HP website will likely disclose whether those printers are
supported with drivers on the Vista system DVD or whether you must download
and install drivers from HP. HP is your best source. If drivers are
available, then Vista should have no problem with installing them.

stay with XP cuz XP is a million times better than Vista wen it comes to
support for hardware n software....I'm cursin the day i got Vista on my
laptop n now i cant install the printer on it n the money i spent on the
printer is wasted so u dont make the same mistake
