HP printer

My HP DeskJet 820 cse has decided not to print any
documents from "my documents" on Microsoft Windows XP.
It will print e mail. When I "q" a document it sounds
like it is printing but no print on the paper. I know
the cartridge is full because it prints E mail. Can any
one help me figure this out?
 
Will it print a test page? Will it print from Notepad or Wordpad? How
about Word? Have you run the Printer Troubleshooter?
