I have a PhotoSmart P1100 printer. It takes forever to send something to the
printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it does not do any good. I
have all the latest drivers and software from HP. I can send something from
my scanner and it does not take near as long. I have an E_Machines T1742 with
640 MB of ram and 40 GB Harddrive. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mack

check your bi-directional cable. If you are operating

LPT you must have a bi-directional cable for feed back to
the CPU. These cables often fail.
