HP Printer Driver not loading correctly?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled through the hp cd. I
don't get errors when trying to print it just doesn't go,
i get a RTL error when i go thru run and make the driver
run. It only works for one print job. After that, i must
rerun the driver for it to go again.

Are you certain that the CD driver installation is XP compatible? If
this is an older printer, it might not be at all compatible. Are you
certain that you followed exactly the HP installation procedure? Check
the Readme.txt file on the CD for instructions on when the printer is to
be connected during the installation. What happens if you use the XP
native driver? Refer to Cari's printer site above for instructions on
properly deinstalling and reinstalling the printer driver.
