For the last few days I have had a strange problem. If I
go to print a document (from any software)everything is
printed in Black & White. If I go into my son's profile,
they will print in colour! I have checked all the
settings that I can think of with no success. Does anyone
have any suggestions? I feel it is not the printer as it
works in my son'e profile. Which settings could I check
in Windows (XP-Pro)?
