Hello,
I've an HP 4M printer (laser, black ink)
Since some weeks it's printing severel grey traces on the paper and I
suppose I've to clean the hot rol.
Can you please tell me how to proceed because I do not find any
documentation/user manuel online on internet.
Thanks in advance for your help.

If the grey traces are random, it's probably the fuser rollers. Not sure
what you clean them with, but a gentle wipe with a cloth is OK I guess.

Open the rear door. Look down, and you will see two screws holding the
fuser (the bit with the hot roller). Remove these, and ease the fuser
out. It may be helpful to remove the door, or at least its strap, first.

When replacing, do this gently and do not force.
