Hi some time ago i installed a 7350 on my pc , i was told that the software included cd writing material also. my pc started shutting down for no reason. i uninstalled the photosmart but no difference, still shutting down. was told my cd writer had packed in, coinsidence perhaps. i replaced the writer for a dvd writer 2 weeks ago problem solved, pc working great. the night before last i reinstalled the photosmart 7350 with the disk provided by hp, including memories disc creator, photo imaging etc. and immediately the pc goes back to shutting itself off a few times before it stays on and i am able to use it. I am now certain that the 7350 software is causing this problem and don't want to ruin my new writer, the printer works fine, but now even though i have system restored to before the install i get the pc shutting off
Hp haven't been much help at all, i hoped someone has come across this themselves as i am no computer expert and am stuggling to make sense of it. i thought i done everything right
cheers

Arghh, bloody thing is still not right, my monitor shut of but the pc seemed to be running, but i had to restart to get my screen back. i am not getting any online crash analysis now, i haven't done since the new writer was installed. it ran fine this morning and last night with the printer installed. Was told to look in the event viewer (means nothing to me ) in the application part i have 5 True Vector Engine errors in a row, and many more for the last few months, i am lost, again

its gone potty again, it was fine last night and this morning. but i have just lost my monitor with the pc running, i had to restart to get it back. i am not getting any online crash reports anymore though, i was before installing the new writer. Was told to check event viewer, in applications i got loads of True Vector Engine errors. i really haven't a clue as to what is happening

Hi

Have you still got the True Vector problem? If so, make sure that you have
the XP Firewall enabled via Control Panel>Network Connections. Then
shutdown ZA and uninstall it. See if you have the same problem(s) then.

You can then download a newer version of ZA - v 4.5, not v5:
