HP Photosmart 3300 All-in-One series Printer Problem

Hello everyone,

I tried to print a document today and nothing happened. The document goes
to the printer but nothing prints. It worked great yesterday. My
brother-in-law used my computer last night (though he swears he did nothing
to it) and now I cannot get printer to work. I am computer illiterate so
would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.

He may have stopped your spooler. Go to:
Start>Run>type NET START SPOOLER and click OK.
