HP Photosmart 2575 Printer/Scanner

Hi,

Has anyone had any problems with this product? I am having a problem with
the printer printing. Half the time it does not grab the paper and
indicates "Out of Paper". I have been very careful loading the paper and
have tried a couple of sheets as well as 20 sheets at a time. I have made
sure the edges of the paper was perfect. I have tried additional pressure to
have it accept the paper and that helps a little.
Is there any adjustment to improve its ability to grab the paper possible?
The printer is less than 2 months old.

Bert
A printer this new should not have this problem, I strongly suggest that you
call HP, someone in India will talk to you. They will ask you to do some test
on the printer and should agree to a replacement.

Usually that happens after months or even years of use. Sometimes the
rollers get dirty or glazed. Some coated papers seem to leave more gunk on
them. Cleaning them with alcohol usually helps considerably.
