Hello to all,
First time poster to this group. Today I bought an HP Photosmart 145 at
Offic Depot and i will return tomorrow because I have the following error
"Print Cartridge Cradle is Stuck". I did make two prints from the photo
printer before the error. The quality is okay, especially for the price.
Let me note the following before I ask for some advice: when I made the two
prints I held one of them in my hand. I gently, after 5 minutes (gave it
time to dry), rubbed my finger and it kind of felt sticky. The ink didn't
smear like if it where still wet but it did notice some kind of smear,
especially when I hold to visually reflective angle. I don't like the feel
of the print and i don't want to make prints to place in an album that will
smear this easily.
Question: is this normal for prints from a photo printer? If not, is it the
paper? Is it the printer?
If its the printer then what printer can I get that will give me similiar
quality to what I get at Walmart when I take my digital prints for
printing?
Any help or guidance would be great.
regards,
