hp photosmart 1215 paper does not go all the way through.

I posted previously about the bottom of my photo smearing or bleeding
I figured out the problem, but have no idea how to fix it. The pape
at the end is not going through at the same speed and it is no
pushing the paper out at the end. It works for regular paper but no
photo paper. It worked for about five pictures of a large project an
then this problem started. I am using 8 ½ by 11 photo paper on a h
photosmart 1215

It could be the paper, especially if it has a high gloss. It sounds like it is
not being gripped by the rollers properly. All I can suggest is that you try a
different paper. If the paper you are using is HP paper then you may wish to
see if HP are aware of the issue by calling them in India, you should be able
to find a toll free number in your country.
