I have an 1115 HP inkjet printer and can't get the color to print.
Happen yesterday suddenly. I check the ink level in both cartridges.
Since the black showed 0%, I purchased and installed a new black.
Color cartridge had 80% so I left that installed in the printer.
Still no color.
I then exchanged the color cartridge with one from my husband's
office printer. This had 90%. Still no color.
The properties show that the Color Managment is set to automatic.
Greyscale is not checked.
What can be wrong?

Thanks Liz

I'm not familiar with this particular printer or cartridge from my own
experience, but a good thing to try in this situation with most HP
printers is to clean the cartridge contacts in the printer. A cotton
swab dipped in alcohol usually does the trick. But be careful not to get
loose fibers from the swab into the cartridge carriage. And check the
cartridges to be sure their contacts are good, too.

I'm sure that if alcohol is the wrong product to use, somebody here more
knowledgeable than I will bring it up - soon.
