- Just got and installed a new printer, HP 1210 XL all
in one. Trying to make an HP memories disc. The images
load into archive then when creating a disc an error
comes up : HP MEMORIES DISC CREATOR SOFTWARE ERROR : The
memories disc creator could not create the Video CD (VCD)
file. This could be because of a corrupt image or audio
file. Try creating a memories disc with different files.
I have tried renaming the images and storing into a new
folder and creating a new album, they still wont work.
This function worked with my old printer. Help suggests
the driver for the burner may need to be upgraded.. To
contact the manufacturer. That IS HP - I have a 542X
