HP Laserjet 5si feeding multiple sheets - roller replaced

I need help. My 5si sometimes feeds 2 pages (only printing on one
though). I have replaced the blue seperation rollers and it still does
this. This does not happen from the multipurpose tray though.

Any ideas?

Also, any idea where I could download the 5Si service manual in a PDF
or doc file?

Have you checked the seperator clutch (troque limiter)?

Uh, what's that? :)
I started wondering there was something else to look for. I don't
have a parts manual but if you give me an idea what it looks like or
where it is, I can check it out.

Hey, that's a great link. Somehow I've managed to not find that page
over the past 3 months.

It looks like I need to take the printer apart quite a bit to get to
it. Looks like it'll be fun over the next few days.
