Hi guys. I have a problem with my printer. When pages are printed,
they are folded on the top right side slightly. Anyone know what is
causing this, and how i go about sorting it.

Does this happen from both trays?
Tony

I only have 1 tray

I have never seen a LJ2100 with one tray, they all have at least one bottom
tray and the multipurpose tray that folds down at the front.
Does the problem occur with the multipurpose tray (tray 1) as well as the
bottom tray (tray 2)?
Easy to test, put paper in the MP tray (tray 1) and push the large button to do
a test print.

Yes you are right Tony. I thought 2 bottom trays. I have never tried
the manual feed tray. I will do this and report back.
