HP keyboard hot keys.

Folks,
I have a HP keyboard(model No SK-2511A) connected to my
Dell PC running Win XP.. Except for the IE hotkeys, all
my other hotkeys stopped working changing to Dell(bundled
with XP). Is there a way that u can remap those keys??
