Can you tell me what kind of tape used on HP Ink cartridges?
This blue tape seems special tape. Where can I get it?

The tape is very special, but even if you could get it you would likely
not have the process to use it. Applying the tape requires getting the
nozzle plate completely clean and dry, which is difficult even with
specialized equipment. Even with the "real" tape I could never retape a
color cartridge successfully by hand.
