Hi! I can no longer open my Image Zone picture editor. The software has become corrupted somehow. It worked great at first, but I think when I installed the new printer it messed it up. I tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can reinstall the Image Zone software to its initial setup? I'm only semi-computer literate, so not too complicated, please. Thanks!

most computers have a memory back up program. Look under help and tools then follow direction

Thanks for all your helpful suggestions. So far nothing I've done has worked and I'm starting to think I'm making a bigger mess than I started with. I tried doing a system restore to a prior date, but it doesn't fix the problem. I think what I'm going to have to do is back everything up (my personal files, etc.) and do a system restore which will restore everything to the way it was "out of the box.

Does anyone no how to backup my Outlook Express files? I was able to backup my address book, but am not able to find my Inbox, Sent Files, etc. The Help in my Outlook Express 6.0 is telling me to find the *.dbx files, but I don't find any on my computer. Does anyone else have Windows XP and Outlook Express 6.0 who can tell me where to find these files? Thanks again for your suggestions!
