can someone help me i am unable to get the printer to work.
i have installed the software and driver. when i go to
the help (?) in windows, it advises me to change the
plotters and fonts to the thinnest and smallest pen. i am
unable to figure out how to do this....Please help:(

A DeskJet printer has no pens and is not a Plotter, which is a different type of printing device. What happens when you try
to print to this printer? What operating system are we running? How is the printer connected to the computer, Parallel Port,
USB Port, over the network, etc.?
