I installed my 842C printer on my new Windows XP system
and the only color that will print is pink (black works).
After changing the color cartridge twice i hooked it up to
my "old" computer running Win 2000 and it worked fine.
I've search both windows and hp's website but I can't find
any info specific to this problem.
