hp deskjet 630c

when I try and print documents from my computer the whole
entire page comes out with a bunch of black lines and it
covers the whole page....anyone know what is wrong??...i
have already tried test pages from notepad and wordpad
but nothing works....

I would first try to uninstall and then reinstall the printer using the
instructions at:

http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm

Don't miss out on Step 4 or XP will just reinstall what are probably
corrupted drivers.
