This printer worked when printing the test page.
After that, there is no power reaching the printer.

the model is hp deskjet 3325

has anyone else experienced this problem and possibly found a
solution?

Please fix your clock - you are posting from the future. I notice that
you're in Australia (between +0800 and +01000) but your zone is set to -0700
(Mountain time in the US).

Please make the necessary adjustments.
