HP Deskjet 1220C Power Supply

My HP Deskjet 1220C has a faulty power supply.
IC U10 from the small green circuit board blowed up
completely so there are no markings left. Anybody
knows what IC it is? The 47uF/450V capacitor
leaked out too.
Is there any schematics available for that printer?

I have the service manual for this printer, but it doesn't show
schematics for the power supply.
