HP: deleted large print job stuck, blocking all other print jobs

Hello: I tried to delete a large print job (240 MB) after waiting 20 mins for
it print. But it is now stuck in the delete phase and is blocking all other
print jobs. PLEASE HELP!
 
Hi:
Did you do 'right click' on icon of the printer and clicked
'delete all documents?' If many jobs to delete, it takes about
15-20 minutes to complete all deletion.

In my cast, this worked OK, but I never deleted a large
amount.

Also, even after waiting awhile 'deleting all document' doesn't work,
then just shut-down the computer and wait out about 10-15 minutes,
that automatically cancelled-out all documents.

Open a command prompt and type

net stop spooler [enter]
net start spooler [enter]

If that doesn't work, stop the spooler again and go to
%Winroot%\System32\Spool\Printers and delete the *.spl and *.shd files then
re-start the spooler.
