HP Color LaserJet 9500n. Making print smaller.

Hi crew,

I am troubleshooting an HP Color LaserJet 9500n. I dont really know a
whole lot about the printer. What I do know is I was printing labels on
it yesterday and it started to print everything in a smaller scale.
Even a test page. Please advise with any suggestions.

I suspect the printer driver has a zoom option, which someone may have
enabled, or n-pages per page?
 
This could have been the issue. I removed the print driver and
reinstalled the driver. This took care of the issue. Thanks for the
reply.
