HP All-in-One model

I have a HP All-in-One model and I upgraded my operating system to Windows XP
Service pack 2 from service pack 1. Now, printer does not respond.

what can be done ?
 
I was hoping someone already solved your HP all in one dilema. I HAVE A
PAVILION a335w DESKTOP AND A hp-ALL-IN-ONE //hp OFFICEJET V40 !! Now that I
doid the download, I can send faxes out, but can not receive faxes. Printing
is fine still.

have you checked with HP for an update/patch ?
 
HP is not the only one
My Canon MPC190 (ALL-in-One)stops working when SP2 is
installd too. system finds it so intalling the printer is
no problem but if you turn it on it will be fond and than
you hear a litel sound that tels you that some thing is
wrong, and it is I cant print get a mesege saing that its
not coneted and so on scanning is a biger proble try that
and its time to restart the computer.
Ned I say that I dont Have SP2 any more..
 
Thank You for your help. I knew I wanted to do get it figured out, but not
once did I get back with HP Home. I did reach them once and they said to
uninstall and reinstall. After no more patience, the 3rd time was a charm .
I hope everybodies hp all in ones get it together for them soon too.
