I can't find the location of the sensor that indicates that there is
no paper.
I have paper but the "no paper light" keeps flashing.
It isn't the door on the back. It must have another sensor that it is
probably defective. Can't locate it.
Help please.

Found the problem
I believe the indicator for "no paper" it's triggered by a few
sensors and by the "above normal" current on the stepping motor that
feeds the paper. That was the problem.because the motor was 1/8 " out
of alignment and that was sufficient increase the current on that
motor and consequently trigger the alarm . Also, because the paper was
being fed at lower than normal speed, that created a series out of
sync conditions that almost shaved the paper " kick feet"
With the motor properly aligned the printer runs like an HP printer.
Thank you for the help
