Hi everybody,
i've tryed to ignite my HP 930C but it sounds while start button and
paper button flashing. What's happened? What i've to do? Thanks a lot for
the help
If you turn on the 930C, and the start and paper buttons are flashing, I
believe it means that you may have a ink cartridge problem. Open the
lid, and check where the cartridge tray stops (moving from the "rest
position" to the left). There are graphics (or, icons) printed above
this area which denotes the problem - should there be one. Please refer
to the manual for each graphic definition.
From memory, I believe the graphics (or, icons) definitions are as
follows (from right to left):
1st graphic (or, icon) - Ink cartridges are fine, and printer should be
operating normally.
2nd graphic (or, icon) - Black cartridge #45 is low on ink.
3rd graphic (or, icon) - Tri-Color cartridge #78 is low on ink.
4th graphic (or, icon) - Black cartridge #45 has a problem or out of
ink.
5th graphic (or, icon) - Tri-Color cartridge #78 has a problem or out of
ink.
Hope this helps.
Ciao,
Don
