Office Max must be getting rid of their HP all-in-one 7410 models because
they are selling new for $199. They say they are not refurbs. Ad in my local
paper today. I've read this model is a mixed bag of poor tech support, hard
to connect the wireless feature, and poor HP software. Some people also
swear by this model.

I currently have an HP T45 AIO that has been good. Should I upgrade now or
wait until the new model comes out. But, the price will jump back up to
$499, I'm sure.

Please advise. I don't want to waste my money. TIA.

I would say it is a very good deal. This model has dual paper trays, built
in duplexer, wired and wireless networking, an autofeeder, will make two
sided copies automatically, and most importantly - it uses relatively large
black and color cartridges. I also like the card slots and on-lcd zoom and
crop capability. It is a nice step up in capability and speed from the T45
but should have similar reliability. I had one at home for a couple years
and missed it when I had to give it back when I retired.
