HP 722c Printer, Only Color it can print is Pink

I have an HP 722c Printer and the only color I can get it to print is Pink, I have replaced the cartridge twice already and still no change. I am
using windows XP and the latest drivers. Does anyone have any ideas on a possible fix for this problem??

possible fix for this problem??
 
I use the same printer on WinXP without problem. Has it ever worked on this
computer? Can you hook it to another to see if it prints correctly? I would
suspect the printer. I wish mine would do that. Then I would have an excuse
to replace it, but it keeps on chugging along.
