HP 5L fails to feed

The paper feeds in about 2" and then stops. I think I need new feed rollers but don't know where to get them. Anybody have a suggestion?
Or aren't the feed rollers my problem?

I have had a few 6L and even with new rollers that I fitted, they miss
feed, its a common problem HP did bring out a free fix for it.

But I stumbled on a Brother HL-2040 for $2nz and some months later got
a new cartridge for $10nz.

The 5L must be way past its use by date.
