HP 4500dn jobs stay in queue with sent to printer status

We have an HP 4500dn and when this user prints, the job
prints fine but the jobs remain in the queue with a sent
to printer status.

The problem is that when the pc is rebooted all the jobs
that were previously printed are printed again.

I have upgraded the pc to SP1a and am using the latest
printer drivers from HP.

Any suggestions?

What version of HP Master Monitor do you have installed? I'd like to report
this issue to HP.

Specifically the version of the file
HPBMMON.DLL
