A user in my department created a document that prints fine on various
printers in the office (HP, Canon, Imagistics) but when it is printed to an
HP LaserJet 4000TN/4050N the bottom 3" are missing / chopped off. This is
the first instance of this problem I have come across in the 3 years we have
had these machines.

The clients are using Windows XP with PCL 6 drivers. The document is
created in Word 2002.

Thanks for any tips/advice!

I could be wrong, but it seems that the PCL 6 driver, even fresh off of HP's
site, has problems with partial printouts and Word. I switched to the PCL
5e and it works now.

Are there known issues with the PCL 6 driver? I have it installed on all my
clients... :(
