I was interested in purchasing the HP 3 in 1 - 1350 - but have read
nothing but negative comments on it. Anyone here have any thoughts
on it.

Also, another 3 in 1.... HP 2170. How about that one?

Thanks.

The PSC 2170 series is designed for more heavy duty use than the PSC 1350, with
a maximum rating of 2K pages per month for the 2170 vs. 1K for the 1350. I
used a PSC 2210 at home for about a year and found it very reliable. The PSC
2170 is similar in construction to the 2210. The 2170 is PCL based, while the
1350 is a host based printer. As a result the 1350 may require more resources
(CPU power and memory) for printing than the 2170.

Can't comment on the 1350 but my mother recently purchased the 1315. I
believe the only difference is that the 1315 doesn't have the built in card
readers. Anyway, she loves it. Very good print quality.
