HP 2410xi

I have Vista operating with the 2410, all in one printer and its working
except for the scanner. Have reloaded software, visitied both web sites that
I could not find an answer. I can print, fax and copy but cannot scan. Any
answers?

Have you read the HP VISTA document for that AIO?

You will not get full scanning facilities but it gives you two ways of
using the scanner.

Note also that Home versions of VISTA do not include the built-in Fax &
Scan Utility that is in the Business and higher versions. Which do you
have?
