Are you trying to make an enlarged or reduced copy? If so, then press copy (if
not already lit), press options until enlarge/reduce shows, then press the
right arrow button to select the proper size. If you are using "custom" select
custom, then press enter, then enter the magnification factor in the keypad or
with the right and left buttons, then press enter to select, then start color
or start B&W. If you do not press enter after selecting the size factor it
will default back to 100%. If you are trying to do a "fit to page" the glass
needs to be clean and the lid must be down; the unit first scans the image to
find the edges and can be confused by a dirty glass or an open lid.
