I have a few of these on my network. It is probably the most time-consuming
model I have. For one thing, it gets stuck in manual feed mode when you send
a manual feed job to it. Caused by a defect in the printer firmware. The
firmware cannot be updated on the LJ2100.
Also, it does not have a printer control panel. Control panels are very
useful when there is some kind of problem, or for configuration.
Frankly, I would rather have a LJ4+ than a LJ2100. Much cheaper in the used
printer market.
