HP 1315 All-in-one install problem

Every time I turn on my printer HP 1315 it runs through the
installation process, this also happens every time I put in a different
CD and the printer is on.

Any ideas what is causing this... and how to make it stop? I have
tried uninstalling the printer but no luck.

HP PSC 1315 printer
Windows XP Pro (version 5.1 with service pack 2)
