Hoy to specify a custom resolution ?

Hi,

Using a radeon 9550 or 9800 and hoping use DVI output to a bigsceen TV, I
know a 1776 x1000 will do the trick, but how do i specify that in advance.

Where in Catlyst do i go to specify a particular resolution i wish to use
shortly?

I thought I read somewhere that with the newer catalyst releases, scustom
timings could be set without the need for a third aprty software.
