HOWTO read and subscribe to these newsgroups in Outlook

Hi,

My outlook in either Vista or XP does not have a list of these microsoft
newsgroups,so how do i add them to the list so i can use the newsreader to
post and read to these newsgroups??

As far as I know, Outlook is not a newsreader, unlike Outlook EXPRESS.

Outlook does not have the capacity to be a newsreader.
You need a newsreader like Windows Mail in Vista or Outlook Express in Windows XP.

To set up the newsreader in Vista go to Microsoft Communities and in Outlook Express read the link below

Outlook actually uses Windows Mail in Vista with a special /news command
line as it does in XP with OE.
