Hi!

I have "Automatic Name Checking" turned on in OL2002. Now, I have sent
a message to a wrongfully spelled address of a contact. Since I did
that, I can't seem to get rid of the address. Outlook always seems to
choose the wrong one.

Any ideas?

Jochen

I doubt you are referring to Automatic Name checking.
More likely you mean autocompletion.
If so, remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by
highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your
arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before
you tab out of the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions
here:

If not, clarify your post.
