How's this for a new system?

I'm doing research to buy components to build my own PC. Here's what I have
so far--I would very much appreciate any comments, feedback, warnings, etc.
Thank you.

Antec Performance II SX604II case w/ Antec 300W PS
Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton Retail Box
Arctic Silver Premium Silver Polysynthetic Therman Compound
512MB Corsair XMS TWINX512-3200C2 with Heat Spreader
Powercolor ATI Radeon 9600 Pro w/ 128MB
Maxtor 120GB 7200RPM SATA
Sony CRX225E1 52x/24x/52x CDRW
Lite-On XJ-HD166S 16x DVD-ROM

Total: $735 plus shipping from NewEgg.com.

I don't plan on overclocking the 2500+ CPU. With the components listed
above, will the 300W PS be enough?

Question: is there a difference between Radeon 9600 and Radeon 9600 Pro?

Thanks very much in advance!

Many people will suggest that a 300W PS is marginal for this system.
Personally, I'm running an Athlon 2400, 128MB GF4 Ti4200, 1gig of DDR333
RAM, 2 HDs, DVD, CD-burner, 10USB, etc. --- all on a 350W Enermax.
You'll probably be OK, since my "expensive" 350W PS keeps the voltages
perfect, whereas my old 420W cheap PS couldn't, but.... 300W is
definately at the bottom end for this system.

Sorry, I'm not too familiar with ATI cards. My local supplier only
stocks the 9600Pro.

Antec makes excellent power supply's; very quiet and high quality.

You just want to make sure the Memory works with the motherboard. Mushkin
may have an upgrade selector that will tell you.
