How would I do a System Modal dialog

I have an invisible form with a timer event. On the timer event a condition
is checked. If the condition is true I set the form to visible and modal in
order to notify the user with a message.

This works fine unless Access is minimized or behind another applciation.
How can I make the form system modal as opposed to application modal?
