How (where ?) to change the line length or turn off auto-line wrapping in Outlook 2003 ?

Where EACTLY can I change in Outlook 2003 the maximum line length
resp. turn off automatic line wrapping?

Tools-> Options-> button E-mail Options...-> option: Remove extra lines
breaks...
Or;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Internet Format...

I'm not sure automatic wrapping can be disabled - you can set the line
length in tools, options, mail format, Internet button.
