Hi

How well does MS Office 2003 run on Windows Server 2008, IN PRACTICE ?
(!)

Microsoft say it runs fine, but are there any significant problems in
practice?
(eps re MS Access 2003).
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/supported-applications.aspx

Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 and Microsoft Office 2007 Service
Pack 2 and later versions are supported, including individual
applications comprising the Office Suite

With thanks

I would say, very well...

The problem is: What do you exactly mean with 'run'? What is your
concrete use case?

btw, don't x'post... look for a better matching newsgroup.

I used Office 2002 on Vista for about a dozen machines for the past 15
months without too much trouble

A client has been running A2003 runtime on Windows 2005 and 2008 Terminal Server for
at least five yars now without any troubles. I would guess they have between 2 and
10 users on all day long.
