How well does a super size LCD TV connecting to PC via DVI perform?

How well does a super size LCD TV (i.e. Sharp 32" inch LCD TV)
connecting to PC via DVI perform?

* Big pixels. Perhaps really big pixels.

* Might not auto-scale anything but a DVI signal
at native (or common TV) resolutions.

* And maybe visible terracing, due to fewer than
8 equivalent bits of color depth per pixel.

What is the native resolution of the display?

If it's 1920x1080, you might need just to place it a
little further away on the computer desktop.

But if it's one of the wanna-bee "HD" resolutions,
or only SDTV, then ... how do you feel about 32-in SVGA?
