How use the server?

My OS is winXP-pro with server IIS installed, browser is
IE6.

I used to connect to cable-modem directly and then to
Internet, my friends can take files from my PC by typing
in my IP address. The files are in the wwwroot or ftproot.

Recently I installed a router, my PC and other 2-PC are
connected to router first and then to cable-modem. My ip
address changed to 192.168.0.102.

In this case, how can the IIS in my PC still serve my
friends to let them take files?

In your router config port forward the ports needed by your servers.
Typically port 80 for iis and 21 for ftp. Your router manual likely has
instructions for this. Your friends then access through the public ip
address of your router. eg http://your-router-ip-address/
